Jarom Iacono is the President of Alair Homes Salt Lake, he is a second generation homebuilder with long standing ties to the communities in Utah. He and his business partner/wife Jessie are regional owners of their custom homebuilding company which is slated to expand with offices across the state. Jarom previously served as president of the Salt Lake Homebuilders Association and has enjoyed being involved on various committees and boards throughout his career. His mission, to elevate the Construction Industry and make room for the next generation.

He has been happily married for 20 years to his High School sweetheart and together they have three children, a son and two daughters whom he has had the pleasure of coaching in baseball and softball. His family travels often for sports and wouldn’t have it any other way. Jarom also proudly touts himself as a dance Dad.

Jarom completed the Des Moines Full Ironman in 2022 as a first time triathlete and is now utilizing those tools learned toward building many other aspects of his life.

He and his wife have built a premier luxury home building brand in Utah including a land acquisition and development company. They have participated in the Salt Lake Parade of homes and the Utah Valley parade entering homes for 9 consecutive years earning multiple awards for The People’s Choice, Best in category, and Best Design.

Jarom’s hobbies include world traveling with his family, baseball, softball, snowboarding, reading and playing the guitar.

Whether it comes to business, homes, cars, relationships or blanket forts with his children, Jarom loves everything BUILDING, and is most passionate about building memories with his family and close friends.
