KAN Kitchen – Intuition in the Kitchen

Hey! It’s been a while... but very happy to have a new guest on the podcast! This episode we have Barney Lund, the founder of Kan Kitchen! They make some of the best knives around! I first heard of them through Kenji Lopez Alt’s YouTube Cooking Channel, and the rest is history!
