This is episode #42 and we've got another inspiring guest on the show. We sat down with Andy Hnilo at the Paleo f(x) conference in Austin TX.
Andy is the founder and CEO of Alitura Naturals - an all natural skin care company where he formulates incredible products, himself, with impeccable care. We were first introduced to his brand back in 2015 at the Bulletproof conference in Pasadena CA with the Hi Vibe Superfood Juicery tribe, and have been obsessed with Alitura ever since.

Fun fact: “Alitura” is Latin for “feeding and nourishing.”  Their mission: “To provide customers with an exciting healthy experience from superior ingredients in a fine selection of high quality skin care products.” They were recently named 2018 Dirty Thinkers Choice Awards for 3 of their products: Clay Mask, Gold Serum and Moisturizer.

Andy was in a horrific accident back in 2011 when he was struck by a vehicle while he was standing near the road, and this led to a compound fracture in his jaw which was broken in five places. You should all know Andy was someone who made a living based on appearance - he's an actor, model, athlete. He recognized that he had the power to choose, as we all do when faced with stressful events, and he was determined to bounce back even stronger. That's when Alitura Natural's was born.
 
In this episode Andy shares what the trendy term clean beauty is, why we should care and how we can take action to finding the best skincare products that'll heal our skin from things like rosacea, acne, scars, fine lines and wrinkles.
