Part 2 of Sean's look at the Summer of 1983 turns to the FALL of ICW. While Jerry Jarrett's CWA was having it's best year in 1982, the Poffo Family's ICW was starting to show cracks and by the Summer of '83 would be in the steep decline that would see Randy Savage and Angelo Poffo arriving in Memphis before year's end. Plus, the return of Bill Dundee and a brief look at the legendary incident between Dundee and Savage that likely played a role in Savage not appearing at the Coliseum until 1984.
