Just a few months into marriage I was diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic. I was in shock and I knew I needed a solution and it was Keto to the rescue! In 2016 I adopted this lifestyle, lost 30+ pounds and have maintained this weight loss. My A1c is now 5.5 and I have reversed any chance of Diabetes.
