It takes a village to support a mum. You can say that again.

In this episode I'm sitting down with Anna Bracher to have a conversation around raising children and the different situations we are in. Anna is a Brit in Norway and I am a Norwegian in Britain, and we exchange experiences and discuss the pros and cons of how the two countries view families and how we raise our children differently. We also share our thoughts and feelings around the lack of village and how much is put on mothers to hold the family together.

Anna Bracher is a nurse, health visitor and a mum. She is passionate about helping families to thrive. Her approach to sleep coaching is a holistic one: it is gentle and based on parental responsiveness and evidence. She has an open mind and an open heart, guiding parents in a gentle way, respecting their own parenting style and preferences while offering a non-judgemental listening ear.
