The chakra system is made of seven energy centers located along the base of the spine and travel up the body to the crown of the head. These are said to be the root cause of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When they are aligned and balanced one feels a sense of harmony and lightness in the body. When blocked, certain physical ailments can manifest and emotions can get trapped as well.

In this episode I give an introduction to the 7 chakra system and discuss the emotions that get trapped in each chakra and offer tips on how to clear them out.
