Jenna grew up in the Metro Detroit area, played volleyball at Central Michigan University, is a mom to two young kiddos, and currently is helping to launch a church and disciple-making movement (Living Army) with her husband and another couple.

We beging the episode by talking about Jenna's personal faith journey, and then towards the end of the recording Jenna walks us through the basics of the Listening Prayer - a simple yet effective way of speaking to God; allowing him to heal broken and unexplored parts of ourselves.
