Or a patient dies and has pain killers just sitting there, tempting for others to take, or sell, or die from. Today, we're talking with Rusty Curington, he's the director of Cincinnati's charitable St Vincent De Paul Pharmacy, talking about a proposed change in Ohio law that would allow individuals to donate unneeded or unused prescriptions to these types of pharmacies. The benefits are numerous, from the cost savings for people who can't afford them, to keeping society safe from the drugs contaminating the environment (if they're discarded) or hit the streets.
