Did you know that you have two minds operating at the same time? The two minds include the conscious and your subconscious mind. Amazingly the subconscious mind accounts for 95% of your brain function. While your conscious mind is logical in its thinking, your subconscious mind operates from emotions and feelings. Essentially, you are a walking collection of everything that has happened to you. The outcome is a brain hardwired with the programs you held your whole life. And because the subconscious mind manages 95% of how thoughts are processed, it is no wonder it simply plays the records of the past; and is also known as the storage place for memories. It is where your individual beliefs, attitudes, and habits are stacked up. The subconscious has no logic, and it works like pushing the button, playing the behavior.
Here is a list of areas controlled by the two minds:

Conscious Mind:
- Thinks and plans
- Decisions and judgment
- Short term memory
- Actions and behavior


Subconscious Mind:
- It records everything
- Emotions and feelings
- Built on habits
- "Autopilot" - stacks away all memories
- Habits, relationship patterns, addictions
- No logical thinking
