This week's (slighlty more personal) episode we dedicate to Flin’s 30th birthday, recapping the full weekend, the moments, and everything that made it special. From there, we lean into something that came up along the way: advocating for being more open with the people close to us by actively showing appreciation and the admiration we may have for them, and saying what we actually feel. We also reflect on the shifting family dynamics, growing into new roles, and what it means to move up in the "hierarchy"; from cousins to uncles, and everything that comes with it.
