West Virginia's new women's basketball coach has succeeded at the highest level at every stop.
He's the sixth winningest active Division 1 coach (445-120) based upon winning percentage (.788).
Now, he'll get his first opportunity at the Power 5 level as he takes over a Mountaineer program that will have its third head coach in the last three seasons.
