Showtime is bringing back the classic cult television series TWIN PEAKS with 18 new episodes. We thought it would be a great time to look back at some of the films the cast of the series made shortly after the show went off the air in 1991, and the films of the series' creator David Lynch. Films discussed include: Lynch's BLUE VELVET (1986), ERASERHEAD (1977) and THE STRAIGHT STORY (1999) as well as Lara Flynn Boyle in THE TEMP (1993) and BABY'S DAY OUT (1994), BOXING HELENA (1993) staring Sherilyn Fenn and of course Kylie MacLachlan in THE FLINTSTONES (1994) and SHOWGIRLS (1995).
