Typically, when we think of Change Leadership, our minds go right away to the ongoing “changes” in the business culture. Lata is well-known for her work with business leaders.   But as I chatted with Lata, I realized that changes in business can only occur when individual people in the company change as well. Change, therefore, is as much personal as it is corporate.  As a millennial, Lata embraces personal change from a much grander perspective than even I have… and I have been known for decades as a very vocal advocate of personal and life change.
