To survive this pandemic is not only prepare yourself physically but also mentally and emotionally. Before this pandemic, I have been very busy with work. But in just a snap, this pandemic has taught me to pause and make time for myself and my family. Day after day, we have given the opportunity to evaluate our lives, our purpose.
