This is a great podcast and I think if not all but most people have an unconcious bias resulted from what the society or the culture dictates. Unknowingly, effects of which is through discriminating others. To address within ourselves, we must develop a series of healthy mental habits to prevent us from doing so.

Great podcast and is very timely about the suppressing issues Americans are facing. I agree that fundamental internal culture should be fixed specially discrimination not only on the issue about racism. These biases are implicit and most of the time we are not aware of it. In order for us to defeat these biases is to realize that we are suffering from it. Great episode!
