Carlos Padilla is a fitness and wellness coach who focuses on strength training. He helps people build a foundation for their wellness journey through education, guidance, programming, and nutrition. Carlos graduated from Cal State East Bay with a B.S. in Kinesiology and is a candidate for a doctorate in Chiropractic. Aside from being a full-time student and coach, He is a husband and a father to two beautiful babies.
