Pinocho es un Youtuber.  El hace videos divertidos. Pinocho tiene muchos seguidores. El dice muchas mentiras. Ahora Pinocho no tiene la nariz grande y por eso dice mentiras para conseguir seguidores.

Translation:
Pinocchio is a Youtuber. He makes funny videos. He has many followers. He tells a lot of lies. Now Pinocchio doesn't have a big nose and that's why he tells lies to get followers.
