I am back and I feel worthless! Alright, real talk, life has been hard, good overall but challenging mentally and emotionally. I think others can relate that when life is going well externally, you can still feel broken and turbulent inside. I think it's important that we don't avoid our feelings, but learn to deal with them in this new normal of "social distancing"
I also dive in to social distancing/isolation and why I think it should be changed to PHYSICAL distancing. We have so many ways to keep ourselves connected in today's society and we should embrace those opportunities to keep ourselves socially connected.
So join me for updates on life, a dive in to some emotions and the challenging of learning to reconnect socially in the new normal.
