Business will go down the drain if the colleagues especially the highest ranking officer are always in denial on what really is the TRUTH. Acceptance is the only key takeaway and resolve what needs to be resolved.

The sad reality is that we have difficulty facing the hard truth and when slapped by it we are in denial.
