This week, we're off to the UK to cover a truly despicable piece of human garbage who was responsible for three murders and literally dozens of sexual assaults. And this is the type of story that makes our blood boil, as the police had multiple chances to solve the crimes, and they simply blew each and everyone. This is the story of Robert Napper, a man who terrorized southern London in the late 80's and early 90's, and along the way we'll talk about the importance sexual assault to murder ratios, GTA style heat ratings, and why governmental inquiries are completely useless.
