A very close game. A weak back line is a worry. Not buying the Woolf propoganda over Hopoate. However Wigan missing matty nicholson. So Saints by 2.

Great win for London after being down 28-0 nil down at Half time . Credit also to them for taking the game to Kent. They needed a lift.

The inevitable end for Smith following his press conference. Larkin and Smith have clearly not got on. Difficult to take sides without knowing all the details. That said Smith over a period of time has always seemed a decent individual. Having watched Larkin on the out of your League Podcast last week , my sympathies lean towards Smith. HKR are free to go in a different direction but sometimes there's a way of doing it. In hindsight Smith's posotion became untenable once the rift with Larkin became apparent and he announced he was going.

I have some sympathy with grace , chronically under used. Percival channels his inner mark bailey most weeks. So he is left to get ball by kick returns and a full back mis pass every now and then. On Sat Matautia did him no favours with the pass. He didn't draw the winger.

Not the end of the world. A tough close game. Kicking game not at the standard of Cats. Great games from Welsby and Batchelor and Bennison. The two missing red cards were poor. Looking a bit thin in the backs with only two proper wingers in the squad. Need to talk about Lussick also. For me just he seems to coast , no urgency.

Blimey - what a great game apart from the result. We ended up with too much of a patched up right side and catalans exploited that. Both sides had players missing and overall was a good performance considering the lads we had on the field. Hopefully we will have players back next week. Our kicking game had an effect - few more conversions going over and we would have won.Wigan will attack us on that edge if we dont have folk back.
