Interview with Karin Wilcox – Mezzo Soprano – District Winner at the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in San Diego in 2011 - (recorded March 2021)

Karin first discovered her love of classical singing as a youth growing up in Germany, which then developed into a passion for opera upon starting studies at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
Most recently Karin was seen as “Siebel” in Valley Opera and Performing Arts production of Gounod’s Faust also she will debut in her first virtual role as La Badessa In Valley Opera and performing Arts production of Puccini’s Suor Angelica, set to premier in March of 2021.
