The Czar and General Kissoff recognize the treachery of Ivan Ogareff, who is stoking rebellion in Siberia. If the Grand Duke, who governs Siberia from Irkutsk, isnt informed of the insurrection soon, the criminals will seize control of the city—and ultimately, all of Russia!
