Dr. Kalie starts a new series today discussing the fruits of the spirit as it relates to Galatians 5:22-23. She is joined by Dr. Lauren Fitzgerald who is going to share her story of going from a practicing anesthesiologist to an extremely successful nutrition/life/health coach to thousands! She discovered in her 30's that she never really learned to love herself and she was living her life according to everyone else. She decided to change her life course and go after a dream of seeing people living their healthiest life.

Dr. Kalie and Dr. Lauren both realize that in order to love others well we have to learn to love ourselves first.
