23 APR 2025 · Scripture:
"And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of His Spirit who lives in you." — Romans 8:11 (NIV)
Message:
The resurrection of Jesus was not just a historical event—it unleashed a spiritual reality that continues to transform lives today. Paul reminds us in Romans 8:11 that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives in us. That means resurrection power isn’t distant or symbolic; it’s active and personal in the life of every believer.
This power isn't just for future hope—it's for today’s battles, today’s choices, and today’s purpose. When we feel weary, overwhelmed, or bound by sin, we can rely on the Spirit's power to bring renewal, strength, and freedom. The resurrection proves that dead things can live again, and that includes dreams, relationships, joy, and faith.
Walking in resurrection power means living with boldness, hope, and authority—not in our own strength, but through the life of Christ within us. We are no longer victims of sin or fear—we are victorious through Him who lives in us.
Today, ask yourself: Am I living like the Spirit of resurrection truly dwells in me, or am I relying on my own strength?
Prayer:
Holy Spirit, thank You for living in me. Help me to walk daily in the resurrection power You provide. Raise every dead place in my life and fill me with new strength, boldness, and joy. Let my life reflect the victory and life of Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
