Laura’s work comes from her own personal experience of losing her career, health, and husband more than 5 years ago. She grieved and healed at the happy island of Aruba where she created and worked on Project Me!
Laura shares that “when you lose someone or something, our identity is fundamentally changed” and the only way to start the healing process is to acknowledge where the person is now and work to find the source of the issue.
