Dr. Lois Anderson, DSL, MA, CM, is a seasoned leader, consultant, facilitator, and coach. As an Organization Development Consultant with the University of Maryland Medical Systems, she provides training and consulting services in leadership development, team alignment, and strategic objectives- including change management. As an independent contractor, she has been privileged to offer workshops, coaching, and consulting services to individuals and organizations of different sizes and scopes, including private, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations. With over 20 years of experience as a leader with Johns Hopkins Medicine, Lois gained extensive expertise in multi-stakeholder processes and collaborative systems change.

As the founder and CEO of Polished Arrow Inc., she serves as a "leader to leaders," providing development, connection, and accountability to leaders. She has a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. She is regarded for her ability to connect with leaders at every level of the organization.
