Let's take a moment to just be here, right now. Wherever you are – whether you're sitting, standing, or moving – allow yourself to soften. [PAUSE: 5 seconds]

Take a deep breath in... and a long, slow exhale. [PAUSE: 3 seconds]

Today, we're going to explore gratitude not as a simple thank you, but as a profound practice of reconnection – with ourselves, with the world around us, and with the often-overlooked moments of beauty.
