Dirty talk in the bedroom might not be everyone's cup of tea, yet it's a powerful tool for staying present during sex. Women tend to get lost in their thoughts, worrying about whether their partner is getting bored or if they're taking too long to reach orgasm, which can detract from the pleasure of the experience. The same goes for men, particularly those dealing with erectile dysfunction, who might find their performance anxiety worsened by overthinking. In a previous episode, I discussed the importance of pleasure and touch, in this episode, I'm suggesting we engage our minds differently through dirty talk. It doesn't have to be offensive or crass; it can be sweet and subtle, starting with something as simple as sexting to build anticipation for your next intimate moment together.
