On pleasure; pain and riding the temporal waves
 
This episode talks to pleasures, desires and how scary and vulnerable it is to ask for what we want, even with friends and loved ones. I share what I’ve observed we, as humans in the western world, are craving around connection: to ourselves, to each other. I speak excitedly about my upcoming offering- a 4 week embodiment course.
 
I touch on the fine threshold between pain and pleasure, through the lens of my experience with eczema and having high sensitivities. Finally, I speak to the difficulty of trying to connect with someone who is having very a different life experience to you and the grace of finding ‘bridges’ as a way to meet each other whilst remaining solid within yourself.
