Uzoma F. Obidike is a Certified Career Advisor and founder of She Leads Beautifully. For more than a decade, she has held various student affairs and leadership positions at institutions of higher education. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College Lake County.
Uzoma is a contributing author of the book No Ways Tired: The Journey for Professionals of Color in Student Affairs. She has graced local and national stages where she led talks on leadership and career development. Uzoma is also a charter member and Vice President Public Relations for the Hammond Business Speakers Club of Toastmasters International. In 2019, she received the title of Up and Coming Woman in Education for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards.
Uzoma attained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University Bloomington. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education Leadership at Indiana State University.
