In this special 2-part Summit Sessions I will be speaking to Alyssa Godesky (Part 1) and Sarah Keyes (Part 2) individually less than a week removed after the two of them both set out into the High Peaks on a friendly "race" as they both sought to set the Supported Fastest Known Time (FKT) of the 46 High Peaks of the Adirondacks.
